Hey, I'm K9 Coach Dana
JOIN THE COMMUNITYI'm a driven young woman, that found a spark in teaching, uncovered an obsession with science and a love for dog behavior and decided 5 years ago to marry the three and become a dog trainer.
I believe that the best leaders ensure their team succeeds by evaluating the environment they are working within and offering them the tools their team needs to successfully navigate on their own.
When it comes to dog training, I always aim to set the stage for the dog to succeed with as little input from the owner or trainer as necessary. As your dog’s coach, I see it as my job to empower them to make good decisions. A dog that can make good choices on their own is a well-behaved dog that not only is a joy and pleasure to share life with but also is a dog that can be trusted to handle freedom responsibly.
My focus is on showing dogs how to make choices that they feel good about, providing them with clarity, building their confidence, and enhancing their trust in their owner.
If that sounds like the style of training that aligns with you, then join me in the community to put it into practice!
